All of our ladder lifting device are standardized product and it is a kit system for easy installation.
The accessories (loading fixed parts, etc.) are completely independent so that it can be installed anywhere on the slider rail without having to remove parts when installing. Therefore, it is possible to install the accessories in the most suitable place for loading the ladder.
The accessory kit is the same as all ladder lifting devices. (EOS, Idea)
IDEA (manual ladder holder)
・ Larger sledge to offer a larger and stronger base for the ladder.
・ Optional gaskets can be inserted to improve the ladder adherence.
・ Stronger materials to better supports the ladder reach. For this reason, there is no need supports installed after the last bar.
・ New manoeuvring bar only one that permits to fit, unblock, pull and load/download the ladder holder in movement.
・ Adjustable reaction power of the sledge to provide a longer/shorter reach to the sledge, thus making the ladder “heavier” or “lighter” during the load or download phase. Such an adjustment has been developed above all for the emergency sector and shall be deployed according to the vehicle model and ladder.
・ Improved safety systems guarantee the correct locking of the ladder holder: e.g. if you do not correctly block the manoeuvring bar, the safety lock does not work. The safety lock presents 2 levels (clicks), similarly to car doors. The full locking occurs only if you hear both the clicks. Otherwise the red alerts indicate that the ladder holder is not safely locked. One click guarantees a minimal safety (not enough for long and/or high-speed transfers).
・ Optional ladder holder sensor in the driving cabin to alert in case of open ladder holder.
EOS405 (electric ladder holder)
・ Electric ladder holder with a 12V or 24V engine.
・ Onboard control panel.
・ Optional wire or radio control.
・ Steel and anodized aluminum guarantee the best resistance and a reduced weight.
・ Included ladder holder sensor in the driving cabin to alert in case of open ladder holder.
・ Key combination activates the wire/radio control so as to guarantee full safety as well as load/download phase always with the attentive presence of the user.
・ Optional led lights along the sledge. Such an optional requires a 24V battery on the vehicle.
・ Optional spoiler/bumper on the front of the Ladder holder. Such an optional is suggested to protect the ladder, above all in case of tall vehicles that could hit branches or bushes.
・ Emergency unblocking system that can be actioned from the ground and with the ladder loaded (EOS405-R) or from the vehicle roof and without the ladder loaded (EOS405-L).
NOX FRAME KIT
The frame is assembled with a lug structure. The length, width, and height can be changed by adjusting the frame length between the connection brackets, so that it can be used with a variety of base chassis without restriction on chassis selection.
Therefore, it can also be used for vehicles equipped with a small power pump, etc. The internal layout is highly flexible because aluminum profile and aluminum panels are used for interior so it becomes possible to be used for a wide variety of purposes
